Psychologue clinicienne, maître de conférences en psychologie clinique et psychopathologie à l’Université Bourgogne Europe depuis 2020, mon doctorat, soutenu en 2019 à l’Université Paris Diderot, portait sur l’actualité de la psychothérapie institutionnelle dans le système de santé mentale français. J’ai également soutenu mon habilitation à diriger des recherches en mai 2025 (lire le discours de soutenance).
En même temps que mes débuts en tant que jeune chercheuse (ATER à Amiens, puis à Nanterre), j’ai travaillé à la DRH du CHU de Clermont-Ferrand pour la réécriture de son projet social, ainsi qu’avec la Fédération Hospitalière de France, avec laquelle je collabore depuis 2017. Ce passage par l’administration hospitalière oriente encore ma recherche.
Au laboratoire Psy-DREPI, je co-anime avec Fabrice Gabarrot, MCF-HDR en psychologie sociale, l’axe « Dynamiques identitaires » (jusqu’en janvier 2027). Je co-dirige avec Raphaël Laurin, MCF-HDR en psychologie du sport, le M2 Psychologie du sport et optimisation de la performance de l’UBE, et suis responsable du Graduate Program « Vulnérabilités et humanité dans les soins ».

I am a clinical psychologist and have been an associate professor of clinical psychology and psychopathology at Université Bourgogne Europe since 2020. My PhD, defended in 2019 at Université Paris Diderot, examined the relevance of French institutional psychotherapy to today’s mental health system. I was awarded my habilitation to supervise research (HDR) in May 2025.
Alongside my first steps as a young researcher (as a teaching and research fellow in Amiens, then Nanterre), I worked in the HR department of Clermont-Ferrand University Hospital on the rewriting of its social project, and with the French Hospital Federation, with which I have collaborated since 2017. This time spent inside hospital administration still shapes my research.
At the Psy-DREPI lab, I co-lead the « Identity dynamics » research strand with Fabrice Gabarrot, associate professor (HDR) in social psychology, until January 2027. With Raphaël Laurin, associate professor (HDR) in sport psychology, I co-direct the Master’s programme in Sport Psychology and Performance Optimisation at Université Bourgogne Europe, and I lead the Graduate Program « Vulnerabilities and Humanity in Care ».
